“We urge the United States to give up developing and displaying an antimile global system, and taking concrete actions to improve strategic trust between the main countries and maintain global strategic stability,” Mao said.
Trump began asking for an antimile defense shield from the USA. The attack was frustrated by a variety of antimile systems and military aircraft.
Military officers said at that time that they had not expressed the need for such an integral shield to defend American critics of the Trump Plan said that the United States was not threatened by its neighbors, Canada and Mexico, and is cushioned by two oceans.
The “Golden Dome” project has echoes of the failed program of the Cold War “Star Wars”, which also sought to introduce a defense umbrella against ballistic missiles with nuclear capacity.
