Earlier this week, Judge Arun Subramanian was monitoring a potential problem with jury #6, and was revealed on Friday that the matter has ended where the jury lives, but Subramanian said there were no problems with his qualifications to serve.

“There was a really residence question,” said Subramanian on Friday before the testimony of the day began.

The jury is a 41 -year -old Bronx man who works in a correctional center. The judge said the jury member made an unmissable comment during an informal conversation indicating that his family had moved to New Jersey in recent weeks.

“The jury has said multiple things that cannot be true,” said prosecutor Mitzi Steiner.

The defense said the jury’s comments were “innocuous” statements.

“These were harmless and non -decisive responses of a jury that is not familiar with the conditions of the Court,” said defense lawyer Marc Agnifilo.

The judge seemed to agree.

“Maybe there is an idea of something, but not much more than that,” said Subramanian.

The judge knocked down the statement of the defense that prosecutors were doing a “attempted attempted to eliminate a black jury” from the panel.

“There is absolutely no basis for that suggestion. Absolutely zero,” said Subramanian. “From the beginning of this procedure to the current date, there has been no biased behavior or form of government procedures.”

The judge did not decide to do anything immediately. He said that it is possible that he can ask the jury to stay after the Court to ask him some questions.
