What follows for relations between the United States and Ukraine?

A few hours after his visit to the White House, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy traveled to England and met with British Prime Minister Keir Starmer in Downing Street on Saturday, officials told ABC News. In a joint direction, Starmer said that Ukraine has unwavering support from the United Kingdom

Zelenskyy’s meeting on Friday at the Oval office became a shouting party when President Donald Trump and vice president JD Vance rebuked Zelenskyy for his management of war, falsely blaming him for a conflict that began when Vladimir Putin of Russia launched a large -scale invasion.

Zelenskyy started from the White House without signing a mineral agreement that had been in process.

The Trump administration is now considering reducing military aid to Ukraine, according to a senior US official. A final decision has not been made, but that this is not the first time that the administration has contemplated such movement, the official said.

If the administration extinguishes military aid, it is not clear how broad they will be the effects. In the last months of the Biden administration, officials rushed to obtain the greatest amount of military stock as they could go out through the Ukraine Gate or storage sites in the countries of Eastern European NATO. However, some of the cleared military teams for Kyiv are still in the United States, authorities said.

Former President Joe Biden left $ 3.85 billion in funds available under the presidential reduction authority and said it would depend on the Trump administration to decide what to do with that financing.

It is not clear how much help is in process to Ukraine and how much it is worth.

European leaders are celebrating a summit on Sunday to discuss how the continent can provide security guarantees if Russia and Ukraine reach a high fire agreement. Zelenskyy will participate in the summit, according to his spokesman Serhiy NykyForov.

Zelenskyy will meet with King Carlos III on Sunday, in addition to participating in the European leaders summit, a spokesman confirmed to ABC News.

In an interview with Laura Ingram on Friday, the White House Secretary, Karoline Leavitt, said President Trump “ate Figuratively and literally and literally President Zelensky for lunch today” in the White House after his burning exchange in the Oval office.

“It was incredibly tense in that room, and things became bad and bitter very fast, because, unfortunately, President Zelensky refuses to recognize the pragmatic reality about the war facing his country,” Leavitt said. “This war has been happening for years. His compatriots are dying, and above all, President Zelenskyy did not recognize that he is entering the oval office with a new sheriff in the city, and that sheriff is Donald Trump.”

Leavitt said that “absolutely” it was not true that the outbreak in the Oval office was premeditated by the Trump administration, and instead blamed Zelenskyy, who said he caused Vice President JD Vance.

“President Trump was excited about this economic agreement, and it was President Zelenskyy, if he filmed the film, who actually antagonized the vice president in front of the cameras and fought with him,” Leavitt said.

Leavitt said it remains to be seen for the mineral agreement between the United States and Ukraine.

“[Trump] He feels that this president Zelenskyy is not in the right mentality to negotiate peace, “Leavitt argued.
