Sean combs deserves at least 11 years in prison when he is sentenced on Friday by two transport positions for prostitution, federal prosecutors said in a memorandum to the judge, arguing that despite his acquittal of more serious charges, Comink is “unnecessary” and left the victims with fear.
“The accused will not be punished for any crime of those who were acquitted, of course, but the punishment for his crimes of conviction must take into account the way he committed them,” prosecutors argued.
The recommendation is far superior to what the defense lawyers were looking for, which is equivalent to time.

Federal prosecutors say that combs was violent, abusive and left victims with fear, so, while he was acquitted of sexual trafficking and extortion conspiracy charges, they say he still deserves at least 11 years after his July condemnation for two transport positions at the end of prostitution.
The prosecutors argued that the combs had all the power over the people they transported, particularly Cassie Ventura, who ended up “bloody and busy”, as shown in the video of the hotel security camera.

“Theresa’s defendant also abused ventura horribly throughout his relationship, a point he admitted in the trial,” prosecutors said.
They argued that prayer should reflect the “decades of un controlled violence of combs” and “decades of psychological, emotional and physical damage that it has inflicted.”
Defensor lawyers call the recommendation “draconian”, saying that in their previous sentence memorandum it is equivalent to “verdict to be convicted, encave it and throw the key.”
